Dawit Negari
President
Dawit is a finance professional and philanthropist who is passionate about addressing malnourishment of older people in Ethiopia. He founded Grace Elderly Care International, Inc. with the objective of addressing the issue by connecting one elderly with one compassionate person. Dawit received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Louisiana State University Shreveport. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Tesfaye Muluneh
Tesfaye has an extensive experience in managing philanthropic organizations and addressing community needs. He has served as a Planning and Evaluation Expert at the Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission.
Tesfaye holds an Associate Degree in Rural Economics & Social Development from Addis Ababa University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business (a major in accounting) from the University of Phoenix.
Jember Ayalew
Jember is a financial and technology professional. Besides his rich background, he supports youth empowerment programs. In addition, he loves working with organizations addressing economic and social challenges faced by disadvantaged and underrepresented communities. Jember is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Deena A. Beshir
Deena is a dedicated member of the Board of Directors. Besides volunteering with local refugee nonprofits, Deena loves traveling, hiking, spending free time with family and friends, and experiencing different cultures. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting (a minor in economics) from George Mason University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
