Dawit Negari
President
Dawit is a finance professional and philanthropist dedicated to addressing malnutrition among elderly people in Ethiopia. He founded Grace Elderly Care International, Inc. with the goal of pairing each elderly individual with a compassionate supporter.
Dawit earned his MBA from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Tesfaye Muluneh
Tesfaye brings a wealth of experience in managing philanthropic organizations and addressing community needs. His notable contribution includes serving as a Planning and Evaluation Expert at the Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission.
He earned an Associate Degree in Rural Economics & Social Development from Addis Ababa University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a major in accounting, from the University of Phoenix.
Jember Ayalew
Jember is a financial and technology professional with a passion for supporting youth empowerment programs. He is actively involved with organizations that tackle economic and social challenges faced by disadvantaged and underrepresented communities. Jember is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Deena A. Beshir
Deena is a dedicated member of the Board of Directors and volunteers with local refugee nonprofits. She enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and experiencing different cultures.
Deena holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Economics from George Mason University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
